All Zins Forgiven 2021 Lodi Valley Blend - ABV 15.5

This wine is a refined blend of Old Vine Zinfandel, Petite Syrah and Mourvèdre from the Lodi Valley.  The grapes were aged in American oak barrels.  This wine greets you with rich full upfront berry fruit in the nose, full dark berry palate (middle) the finish is long with oak, leather, berry, and vanilla that lingers and never seems to end.

The 2021 vintage is truly a decadent glass of perfection.

Haus Blend         Suisun Valley AVA - ABV  13.0 

This finely crafted blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet greets you with a beautiful ruby color in the glass. The nose picks up hints of red fruits, earth, leather and anise. Your first sip brings the dark red fruit, the mid-palette picks up hints of leather and the raspberry notes complete the long finish.

The Haus Blend can be savored alone or paired with pork, veal or turkey.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Suisun Valley AVA - ABV  13.0

Our Cabernet grapes are sourced from Wooden Valley Vineyards in the Suisun Valley AVA. This family-owned vineyard has been producing quality grapes that translate to award winning wines for over the last 75 years.   In the glass, the wine presents deep ruby hues.  On the nose, the wine exhibits dark fruit and pepper.  You notice the cassis and dried fruit, with your first sip then hints of chocolate, vanilla, leather, and smoke in the long finish.

This wine would pair well with steak, sausage, and meat dishes as well as stilton, cheddar or Gruyere cheese.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON-169 2022  Suisun Valley AVA  -  ABV  14.4

The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were sourced out of Suisun Valley, CA from Lanza Vineyards exclusive Lot of 169 Cabernet Clones.

In the glass, the wine presents deep ruby hues.  On the nose, the wine exhibits a subtle fruit and vanilla, hinting at more to come.  You notice the dark fruit and vanilla with your first sip. On your second sip, the depth of this wine comes into its own with hints of pipe tobacco than leather in a long smooth and sultry finish.

This Cabernet will pair well with steaks on the grill, hard cheeses, crusty bread, and just on its own.

Sangiovese 2021  Suisun Valley AVA  -  ABV  13.0

Our Sangiovese grapes are sourced from Wooden Valley Vineyards in the Suisun Valley AVA.  This family-owned vineyard has been producing quality grapes that translate to award winning wines for over the last 75 years.

In the glass, the wine presents a clear deep ruby color.  On the nose, the wine presents red fruit, earthy and herbaceous notes.  You notice cranberry, red plum with subtle notes of roasted pepper and tomato in the first sip, followed by coffee, leather, spice and smoky nuances with a long finish.

This wine would pair well with lamb, pasta with red sauce and hard cheeses.

Petite Sirah 2022  Suisun Valley AVA  -  ABV  14.0

Our Petite Sirah grapes are sourced from Wooden Valley Vineyards in the Suisun Valley AVA. This family owned vineyard has been producing quality grapes that translate to award winning wines for over thelast 75 years. This wine was aged in 2yr old American oak barrels for 10 months.

In the glass, the wine presents a clear deep purple color. On the nose, the wine presents cigar box, leather, earth and pencil shaving notes. As you take your first sip, you notice blackberry, chocolate with subtle notes of pepper and vanilla. The wine is big, but understated, showcasing tannins that are grippy yet give way to an enjoyable smoke nuanced long finish.

This wine would pair with roasted or barbecued beef that is appropriately spiced. The tannins will play well with the spices. This wine also pairs with poultry and hard cheeses.

This special blend includes 5 different varietals over two vintages; 2021 & 2022. The wine is a deep garnet color that looks intriguing in the glass. The nose is fruit forward providing an introduction to the different varietals, yet not one steals the show. Your first sip is like velvet, smooth as silk, preparing your palette for the second sip which brings out the dark and red fruit. They compliment each other, asking you to take another sip. The third sip brings pipe tobacco and leather with a finish that lingers forever.

This wine can be enjoyed alone but is also substantial enough for a strong, hard cheese, roast beef, steak, lamb and red sauces with pasta.

PINOT NOIR 2023  Suisun Valley AVA  -  ABV  14.5

On the nose, this Pinot Noir presents notes of cherry and, pepper. The first sip includes light cherry, red fruit and apricot and a touch of earthiness. The second sip brings enhances those first impressions with a long smooth finish with hint of plum.

This wine is food friendly, It will pair well with cheese, salmon, chicken, braised lamb or just on its own.

MERLOT 2023  Lodi Valley  -  ABV  14.25

On the nose, this Merlot is soft hinting at so much yet giving only promises.  The first sip belies the soft nose with dark fruit and depth that you may not be anticipating.  The second sip brings a sensual texture that hints at chocolate, subtle oak and ends with a luxurious long finish.

To say this wine is food friendly is an understatement. I suppose something highly acidic I would steer clear from, but soft, hard cheeses, any meat dish (beef, lamb, pork), pizza, pasta the list will go on. As a stand-alone sipping wine, it may become your favorite.

Ancient Vines Zinfandel 2020 Lodi Appellation -  ABV  15.4

Ancient Vine designates vines that are over 100 years old.  These vines were planted in 1889 and produce amazing fruit that is transformed into this amazing wine.  This wine is not a shy wallflower, it greats you with a deep garnet color, wonderful complex aroma of dried red fruit and offering a hint of what is to come.  You notice the concentration of flavor and richness that includes dark berry fruit, tobacco and earthiness that seems to linger and not want to end.  We think this is a wine you can enjoy alone, or with one of the suggested food pairings below.  Once you pour and taste a glass, you will be hard pressed to put it down.

This wine would pair well with any BBQ meat, Chicken Mole, spinach mushroom casserole and hard as well as soft cheeses.

Rose Wine

Semi-Dry Rose 2023 Suisun Valley -  ABV  12.0

This Rose is a blend of Petite Syrah and Sangiovese sourced from Wooden Valley Vineyards in the Suisun Valley AVA.  This family-owned vineyard has been producing quality grapes that translate to award winning wines for over the last 75 years.   In the glass, it has a coppery-red color and greets you with notes of strawberry, melon, and roses in the nose.  The first sip is full of fruit with a delightful quenching acidity that gives a nice finish to the wine.

This wine will pair well with braised chicken, cheeses, crusty bread, and Thai spicy food as well.

 JAMESON BLUSH 2023 Suisun Valley -  ABV  12.5

This Blush is a blend of varietals including some from our vineyard as well as from Wooden Valley Vineyards in the Suisun Valley AVA.

In the glass, it has a medium pink hue and greets you with notes of strawberry, and roses in the nose.  The first sip is full of fruit with subtle sweetness. This Blush has a delightful balance that gives a lovely smooth finish to the wine

This Blush will pair well with braised chicken, cheeses, crusty bread, and spicy foods as well

White Wines

Chardonnay 2021  Suisun Valley  - ABV  13.2

Our Chardonnay grapes are sourced from Wooden Valley Vineyards in the Suisun Valley AVA.  This family-owned vineyard has been producing quality grapes that translate to award winning wines for over the last 75 years.   In the glass, the wine presents crystal clear with straw hues.  On the nose, the wine presents a floral note with green fruits.  You notice a nice acidity with melon and pear in the first sip, followed by apricot lightly kissed with vanilla in the long finish.

This wine would pair well with chicken, seafood, and cheese.

Sauvignon Blanc 2022 Lodi Valley - ABV  12.0

Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from Lodi Valley.

In the glass, the wine presents clear pale light straw hues.  On the nose, the wine presents a tropical note with lime and green apple.  You notice acidity upfront with lime, green apple, and white peach in the first sip, followed by gooseberry with a long finish.

This wine would pair well with seafood, salads, quiche, and soft cheese.

Pinot Grigio 2023 Suisun Valley - ABV  12.0

The 2023 Pinot Gris grapes were sourced out of Suisun Valley, CA from Lanza Vineyards.

On the nose, this Pinot Gris presents notes of ripe pear, peach and honeysuckle. The first sip includes apple, pear, honey and a touch of melon, yet dry. The second sip brings a long smooth finish with hints of pineapple.

This wine is food frienly. It will pair well with cheese, chicken, seafood or just on it’s own.

Moscato 2022  Suisun Valley - ABV  11.5

This Moscato made from Muscat grapes sourced from Wooden Valley Vineyards in the Suisun Valley AVA.  This family-owned vineyard has been producing quality grapes that translate to award winning wines for over the last 75 years.   In the glass, it has a slight straw hue color and greets you with unique floral aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom.  The first sip is refreshing as well as balanced between apple, honey, and tropical fruits.

This wine will pair well with chicken, pork, seafood, fruit dishes and bleu cheese.
